Service Description
Brewing Nettle beer is a easy and low cost introduction into brewing and herbal fermentation; neither technical or intimidating. We will briefly forage for Nettles outside (rain or shine ) the rest of the class will be dedicated to cooking the batch for the primary fermentation, accompanied by a warming fire, Nettle tea, and stimulating discussion of Nettle facts, lore, and the history of beer-making. Prior Foraging for Stinging Nettles class recommended so that you can get the most out of this class, but not required. 21 and over. *Persons on a blood thinner should not ingest Nettles.
